In case of inheritance, IR team will need the following documents in order to proceed with the Athens Stock Exchange: registry statement of death, certificate of succession, certificate of the decedent’s closest relatives, certificate of non-publication of the covenant, certificate of non-disclaimer of heritage, certificate of non-birthright offence, application-certificate of article 105, L. 2961/2001 and details of beneficiaries’ securities account.
