The respective voting rights are held indirectly by Silchester International Investors LLP on behalf of the following entities:
- Silchester International Investors International Value Equity Trust
- Silchester International Investors International Value Equity Taxable Trust
- Silchester International Investors International Value Equity Group Trust
- Silchester International Investors Tobacco Free International Value Equity Trust
- The Calleva Trust
Silchester´s International Investors LLP participation descended below the 5% threshold on 10.01.2014, while the number of shares held prior to the transaction stood at 15,995,648 or 5.01% over the share capital.
