Following the Regulated Information Announcement of Law 3556/2007 dated 28/08/2014 relating to the signing of a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of 90% of Payzone Hellas S.A. between OPAP Investment Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of OPAP SA and the vendors Payzone Group Ltd and Coltonia Holdings Ltd, OPAP S.A.announces that the transaction was notified to the Hellenic Competition Commission whereas clearance from the competent competition authorities is expected during this 4th quarter.
