OPAP S.A. announces that:
1) Pursuant to provisions of L. 3016/2002 and No. 3/347/12.07.2005 Capital Market's Commission decision, OPAP's BoD appointed Mrs. Maria Melliou as OPAP's Group Internal Auditor as of 1.7.2014, in replacement of Mrs. Maria Loukaki, whose duties expire on 30.6.2014. OPAP wishes to thank Mrs. Loukaki for her services to the company at the Internal Audit Division.
2) According to Article 4 of No. 5/204/14.11.2000 Capital Market's Commission decision, Mr. Nikolaos Polymenakos is appointed as Investor Relations Manager.
3) According to No. 3/347/12.7.2005 Capital Market's Commission decision, Mrs. Metaxia G. Demertzi, Head of Corporate AnnouncementsDepartment, leaves OPAP on 30.06.2014. OPAP wishes to thank Mrs. Demertzi for her services to the company from different management positions.
