· Mrs. Marie Hrdinova, related person to Mr. Pavel Horak, B' Vice-Chairman, Non-Executive BoD Member, sold on 02.02.2015, 15,000 company shares, of a total value of Euro 120,009.
· Mr. Kamil Ziegler, Chairman & CEO, sold on 03.02.2015, 500 company shares, of a total value of Euro 4,625.
