Monday 20.04.2015: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
Wednesday 22.04.2015: Ex-dividend date, that is, prior to 15.05.2015, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included
Thursday 23.04.2015: Dividend beneficiaries - Record date
Wednesday 29.04.2015: FY 2014 Dividend Payment date (on which the payment shall commence)
Tuesday 26.05.2015: Q1 2015 Financial Results Announcement
Thursday 27.08.2015: H1 2015 Financial Results Announcement
Tuesday 24.11.2015: 9M 2015 Financial Results Announcement
OPAP clarifies that the financial results will be released following the Athens Exchange market close, at Athens Exchange's website (www.helex.gr) and at the Company's website (www.opap.gr).
Dividend will be paid according to ATHEX regulation through a credit institution (bank) and clarifications for the dividend payment procedure will be provided at the time.
