OPAP S.A. announces that on April 24, 2015, Horse Races S.A. (100% subsidiary company) signed a concession agreement with the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) for the 20-year exclusive license to organize and conduct horse races mutual betting. The total consideration amounts to euro 40,501,000. The agreement is subject to the final approval by the competent authorities, while operations are expected to commence in the 3rd quarter of 2015.
