OPAP SA, pursuant to article 21 of L.3556/2007 and Capital Market Commission's resolution 3/347/12.07.2005, announces that, on August 25, 2015 OPAP Investment Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of OPAP S.A. acquired the remaining 10% of Payzone Hellas S.A. for a total consideration of euro 866,880, holding now 100% of the company.
