OPAP S.A., in accordance with articles 4.1.2. & 4.1.4.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Regulation announces its 2016 Financial Calendar, as follows:
Wednesday 30.03.2016: FY 2015 Financial Results Announcement
Wednesday 06.04.2016: FY 2015 Annual Analysts' and Investors' conference call
Monday 25.04.2016: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
Tuesday 03.05.2016: Ex-dividend date, that is, prior to 20.05.2016, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included
Wednesday 04.05.2016: Dividend beneficiaries - Record date
Tuesday 10.05.2016: FY 2015 Dividend Payment date (on which the payment shall commence)
Wednesday 25.05.2016: Q1 2016 Financial Results Announcement
Tuesday 30.08.2016: H1 2016 Financial Results Announcement
Tuesday 22.11.2016: 9M 2016 Financial Results Announcement
OPAP clarifies that the financial results will be released following the Athens Exchange market close, at Athens Exchange's website (www.helex.gr) and at the Company's website (www.opap.gr).
Dividend will be paid according to ATHEX regulation through a credit institution (bank) and clarifications for the dividend payment procedure will be provided at the time.
