OPAP S.A., following the decision of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange to add Tuesday, May 3nd 2016 (Transfer of Labor's Day holidays) as an official holiday of the Athens Exchange, amends the dates related to 2015 dividend as following:
Wednesday 04.05.2016: Ex-dividend date, that is, prior to 20.05.2016, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included
Thursday 05.05.2016: Dividend beneficiaries - Record date
Wednesday 11.05.2016: FY 2015 Dividend Payment date (on which the payment shall commence)
Dividend will be paid according to ATHEX regulation through a credit institution (bank) and clarifications for the dividend payment procedure will be provided at the time.
