On the 11.01.2016, OPAP S.A. filed in front of the Council of State a petition for annulment and a petition for suspension of article 12 of L. 4346/2015 (GG A' 152/2015) and of the pertinent no 1001 ministerial decision (GG B' 1/2016), by which a special levy is imposed, per column, in each game of OPAP S.A. as from 01.01.2016.
