Corporate announcements

OPAP S.A. (the "Company") announces that:

1. The Council of State's rejected the Company's request for suspension of the special levy imposition, because the exceptional circumstances that would justify the issuing of the suspension of execution of the Deputy Fin Min decision are not satisfied. Nevertheless, the Council of State stated that the statement to the tax authority which shall be submitted by the Company until the 20^th day of each month regarding the special levy collected in the previous month will necessarily amount to zero for January 2016 and possibly for the next two months (i.e. February and March), as the company cannot modify sooner its information systems.
2. Following Minister of Finance decision, on 22.2.2016 the date of the statement's submission and the respective attribution of the special levy has been modified to a quarterly basis.
