OPAP S.A., in accordance with articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.4.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Regulation announces the update of its 2016 Financial Calendar with the following:
Tuesday 21.06.2016: Extraordinary General Meeting
Thursday 23.06.2016: Cutoff date for the distribution of past years' undistributed earnings, that is, prior to 15.07.2016, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included.
Friday 24.06.2016: Past years' undistributed earnings beneficiaries - Record date
Wednesday 29.06.2016: Past years' undistributed earnings Payment date (on which the payment shall commence)
Interim Dividend will be paid according to ATHEX regulation through a credit institution (bank) and clarifications for the payment procedure will be provided with separate announcement.
