Following the Regulated Information Announcement of Law 3556/2007 dated 09/06/2017, OPAP S.A. announces the completion of the acquisition of 38.19% of Neurosoft S.A. by OPAP Investment Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of OPAP S.A. at the agreed price of euro 34.2mil., that was paid on August 2nd 2017, following clearance granted by the competent competition authorities of Cyprus (Commission for the Protection of Competition). OPAP’s total participation (through its subsidiaries) in Neurosoft is now 67.72%.
