OPAP S.A., in accordance with articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.4.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Regulation announces the completion of its 2017 Financial Calendar with the following:
Wednesday 06.12.2017: Extraordinary General Meeting
Monday 11.12.2017: Cut-off date for the distribution of past years' undistributed earnings, that is, prior to 15.12.2017, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included.
Tuesday 12.12.2017: Past years' undistributed earnings beneficiaries - Record date
Monday 18.12.2017: Past years' undistributed earnings Payment date (on which the payment shall commence)
Past years' undistributed earnings will be paid according to ATHEX regulation through a credit institution (bank) and clarifications for the payment procedure will be provided with separate announcement.
