TAX CERTIFICATE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2016
OPAP S.A., in accordance with article 4.1.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Regulation, announces to the investment public that following the completion of the special tax audit for the fiscal year 2016 by its certified auditors, it has received an unqualified tax certificate.
The subsidiaries of the Group, HELLENIC LOTTERIES S.A., OPAP SERVICES S.A., HORSE RACES S.A. and TORA DIRECT S.A., also received unqualified tax certificates for the fiscal year 2016.
