OPAP S.A., pursuant to the provisions of L.3556/2007 and following two notifications received on 21.07.2017 by “The Baupost Group, L.L.C.” and Seth A. Klarman, who controls “The Baupost Group, L.L.C.”, announces that as a result of the disposal of voting rights attached to shares, the total number of voting rights, indirectly held by “The Baupost Group, L.L.C.” and Seth A. Klarman, are standing below the 5% minimum threshold of OPAP’s share capital. The positions of the previous notification stood at 5.19%. The date on which the 5% threshold was crossed is 18.07.2017.
