Further to the previous announcement made on 24 September 2018, OPAP S.A. (‘OPAP’) today announces that its 100% subsidiary, OPAP Investment Ltd, has completed the acquisition of a 36.75% stake in TCB Holdings Ltd (‘TCB’), for a total consideration of Euros 50 million.
