Following the announcement of OPAP SA dated 15.11.2019 on the beginning of the process of merger of its 100% subsidiary companies OPAP Services S.A. and Horse Races S.A. through their absorption by the Company, OPAP S.A. announces that in accordance with article 35 par. 2 of L. 4601/2019, the following documents are made available as of today, 27.11.2019, in Company’s headquarters at 112, Athinon Avenue, 10442, Athens, where the absorbed companies are also seated: (i) the Draft Merger Agreement between OPAP S.A. and OPAP Services S.A., (ii) the Draft Merger Agreement between OPAP S.A. and Horse Races S.A., (iii) the annual financial statements and the management reports of the Board of Directors of OPAP S.A., OPAP Services S.A. and Horse Races S.A. of the last three (3) years and (iv) the financial statements – transformation balance sheets of OPAP Services S.A. and Horse Races S.A. dated 30.09.2019.
