Transactions Notification
OPAP S.A., pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification", Mr. Nikos Polymenakos, Investor Relations Director, proceeded to transactions on Company shares as following:
- on 27.02.2020 purchase of 1,100 shares of a total value of Euro 11,918.00 and
- on 28.02.2020 purchase of 1,600 shares of a total value of Euro 16,050.00.
