ANNOUNCEMENT
UPDATE OF 2021 FINANCIAL CALENDAR
OPAP S.A., in accordance with articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.4.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Regulation announces the completion of its 2021 Financial Calendar with the following:
Wednesday 20.10.2021: Cut-off date for the payment of the interim dividend for the fiscal year 2021, that is, prior to 19.11.2021, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included.
Thursday 21.10.2021: Interim Dividend beneficiaries - Record date
Wednesday 10.11.2021: Interim Dividend Payment date (on which the payment shall commence)
Interim Dividend will be paid according to ATHEX regulation through a credit institution (bank) and clarifications for the payment procedure will be provided with separate announcement.
