Announcement of regulated information regarding the Company’s share capital and the number of shares and voting rights, in accordance with par. 5, article 9, of L.3556/2007
OPAP, in accordance with par 5, article 9, of L. 3556/2007, as in force, and in order to facilitate the calculation and determination of the acquisition or disposal thresholds of significant participations from shareholders or owners of voting rights, informs the public that, following the share capital increase in the context of the programme for the reinvestment of the dividend for the financial year 2020 and the admission to trading of the new shares, the company’s share capital amounts to euro 105,346,785.90 divided into 351,155,953 common, registered, voting shares, of nominal value of euro 0.30 each.
