2021 FINANCIAL CALENDAR
OPAP S.A., in accordance with articles 4.1.2. & 4.1.4.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Regulation announces its 2021 Financial Calendar, as follows:
Wednesday 31.03.2021: FY 2020 Financial Results Announcement
Thursday 01.04.2021: FY 2020 Annual Analysts’ and Investors’ conference call
Wednesday 09.06.2021: Q1 2021 Financial Results Announcement
Thursday 17.06.2021: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
Tuesday 13.07.2021: Ex-dividend date, that is, prior to 16.07.2021, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included
Wednesday 14.07.2021: Dividend beneficiaries - Record date
Tuesday 03.08.2021: FY 2020 Dividend Payment date (on which the payment shall commence)
Wednesday 08.09.2021: Q2 2021 Financial Results Announcement
Tuesday 23.11.2021: Q3 2021 Financial Results Announcement
OPAP clarifies that the financial results will be released following the Athens Exchange market close, at Athens Exchange’s website (www.helex.gr) and at the Company's website (www.opap.gr).
Dividend will be paid according to ATHEX regulation through a credit institution (bank) and clarifications for the dividend payment procedure will be provided at the time.
