Stoiximan – Sole control implementation
Further to its announcement dated 17 March 2021, OPAP S.A. (“OPAP”) announces that as of 27.04.2021, following an agreement concluded on the same day in respect of relevant amendments to the corporate documentation of the legal entities that control and/or operate, directly or indirectly, the Stoiximan Group’s Greek and Cypriot business (“SMGC”), OPAP S.A. acquired, through OPAP Investment Limited, sole control over SMGC, where it owns a 84,49 % stake.
