Scrip dividend take-up
OPAP announces that the scrip dividend option was welcomed by 2,832 shareholders selecting to reinvest into the company, resulting in a take up of c.36.49% of total outstanding share capital, excluding treasury shares.
On Wednesday, 9 November 2022, the cash payment will commence, while 3,061,904 new shares will start trading.
