RELEASE OF REGULATED INFORMATION
Transactions Notification
OPAP S.A., pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification" received the following notifications from liable persons who participated in the 2022 interim dividend reinvestment program:
- Mr. Kamil Ziegler, Executive Chairman, obtained on 09.11.2022, 741 company shares, of a total value of Euro 9,017.98.
- PRESKONGO LIMITED, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Pavel Saroch, Vice-Chairman, Non-Executive BoD Member, obtained on 09.11.2022, 25,543 company shares, of a total value of Euro 310,858.64.
- Mrs. Katarina Kohlmayer, Non-Executive BoD Member, obtained on 09.11.2022, 209 company shares, of a total value of Euro 2,543.53.
- Mr. Nikos Polymenakos, Investor Relations Director, obtained on 09.11.2022, 117 company shares, of a total value of Euros 1,423.89.
