Share Buy-back Programme – Disclosure of updated Information
OPAP S.A. (“OPAP” or the “Company”), following its announcement dated 4.9.2023, discloses to the public that it has decided to assign the execution of the (approved by the Company’s General Meeting and Board of Directors) Share Buy-back Programme (or the “Programme”) to the credit institution “Morgan Stanley Europe SE”, pursuant to the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 article 4 par. 2(b). Morgan Stanley Europe SE will lead-manage the Programme, making its trading decisions concerning the purchases of OPAP shares under the Programme independently of the Company.
The announcement is published in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
