Scrip dividend take-up
OPAP announces that the scrip dividend option was welcomed by 4,141 shareholders selecting to reinvest into the company, resulting in a take up of c.44.04% of total outstanding share capital, excluding treasury shares.
On Tuesday, 27 June 2023, the cash payment will commence, while 6,720,882 new shares will start trading.
