RELEASE OF REGULATED INFORMATION
Transactions Notification
OPAP S.A., pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification" received the following notifications from liable persons who participated in the 2022 remaining dividend reinvestment program:
- PRESKONGO LIMITED, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Pavel Saroch, Vice-Chairman, Non-Executive BoD Member, obtained on 27.06.2023, 47,132 company shares, of a total value of Euro 742,329.00.
- Mrs. Katarina Kohlmayer, Non-Executive BoD Member, obtained on 27.06.2023, 386 company shares, of a total value of Euro 6,079.50.
- Mr. Nikos Polymenakos, Investor Relations Director, obtained on 27.06.2023, 217 company shares of a total value of Euros 3,417.75. Additionally, he purchased on 27.06.2023, 141 company shares, of a total value of Euro 2,217.93.
Moreover, OPAP S.A., pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification", Mr. Matthaios Matthaiou, Chief Operations Officer, purchased on 27.06.2023, 1,300 company shares, of a total value of Euro 20,566.00.
