Announcement concerning the completion of the Contribution of Participations
Further to its announcements dated 13 October 2025, 7 November 2025, 8 January 2026 and 24 February 2026, the société anonyme under the corporate name “OPAP Holding S.A.” (the "Company”) informs investors that on 27 February 2026, the contribution by the Company of its participations in the share capital of its subsidiaries (the “Contribution of Participations”) has been completed.
The Contribution of Participations was carried out in accordance with Greek law 4548/2018 and the tax framework of Greek law 5162/2024, Part D, articles 47-51, 56 and each relevant provision of the same Part concerning the exchange of corporate participations to a new société anonyme which is a 100% subsidiary of the Company.
The process was completed upon the registration with the General Commercial Registry (GEMI) of the establishment of the new subsidiary under the registered name “Allwyn Hellas Investment SA.
