2026 FINANCIAL CALENDAR
OPAP Holding S.A. announces its 2026 Financial Calendar, as follows:
Monday 02.03.2026: OPAP Holding FY 2025 Financial Results Announcement / FY 2025 Annual Financial Report Publication, following the Athens Exchange market close, published at Athens Exchange’s website (www.athexgroup.gr) and the Company's website (www.investors.opap.gr)
Tuesday 03.03.2026: OPAP Holding FY 2025 Annual Analysts’ and Investors’ conference, call at 16:00 GR Time (15:00 CET)
Thursday 19.03.2026: Allwyn International FY 2025 Preliminary Unaudited Financial Results and Update on Current Trading, published at the Allwyn's website (www.allwyn.com)
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Date to be announced after the completion of the re-domiciliation to Luxembourg.
2025 Dividend: the BoD will propose to the AGM no further distribution of remaining dividend from OPAP Holding’s 2025 profits, as the interim dividend of €0.5, already paid to OPAP Holding Shareholders on 10.11.25, surpasses the minimum dividend of 35% of net profits under Art. 161 of Corporate Law 4548/2018.
It is noted that, as stated on the corporate announcements regarding the business combination of OPAP & Allwyn, the Combined Company will proceed with a special distribution of €0.80 per share, following the completion of the re-domiciliation to Luxembourg, with cut-off date set prior to 19.06.2026, which is the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the OPAP Holding´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which OPAP Holding is included. The distribution payment is subject to approval of the BoD of the Combined Company, post the completion of the contribution of Allwyn assets and liabilities to OPAP Holding.
An update to the financial calendar, including the Annual General Meeting (AGM) date and the cut-off, record and payment dates, will be published following the completion of the re-domiciliation to Luxembourg.
The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, following relevant notification to the investor community.
