Announcement regarding the forthcoming change of the Company’s corporate name and OASIS code following completion of the Cross-Border Conversion
Further to its announcements dated 13 October 2025, 7 November 2025 and 8 January 2026, the société anonyme under the corporate name “OPAP Holding S.A.” (the “Company”) informs the investing public that the completion of the cross-border conversion (the “Cross-Border Conversion”) pursuant to which the Company, will be converted into a société anonyme governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (the “Converted Company”), is expected to take place on 16 March 2026, subject to the receipt of the required approvals and the completion of the relevant procedures and formalities.
Following completion of the Cross-Border Conversion, the corporate name of the Converted Company will be “Allwyn AG”, and the shares of the Converted Company will be traded on the Main Market of the Athens Exchange under the OASIS code: “ALWN”. The change in the relevant trading details on the Athens Exchange is expected to take place on 17 March 2026.
The Company will inform the investing public by way of a further announcement following completion of the Cross-Border Conversion.
