The Company “ALLWYN AG”, following completion of the cross-border conversion and the transfer of its registered office from Greece to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, informs the investors that, as of March 16, 2026, for the purposes of Greek law 3556/2007 and the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market, as amended and in force, its home Member State is the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
