ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PAYING BANK OF THE INTERIM DISTRIBUTION
Allwyn AG announces that the €0.20 interim distribution, payable on November to eligible shareholders who do not elect to receive a scrip alternative, will be processed through Eurobank S.A. as the paying bank, to the operators of the beneficiaries’ accounts in the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS)—banks, custodians and securities firms—in accordance with Euronext Athens regulation and relevant resolutions.
