ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND DISTINCTIVE TITLE
"ORGANISATION OF FOOTBALL PROGNOSTIC GAMES S.A." (hereinafter the "Company") announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders, held on January 7, 2026, decided, among other things, to amend Articles 1 (Establishment-Name) and 2 (Purpose) of the Company's Articles of Association due to the division of the Company by the separation of the gaming activity sector and the change of its name from " ORGANISATION OF FOOTBALL PROGNOSTIC GAMES S.A." with the distinctive title "OPAP S.A." to "OPAP Holding Société Anonyme" with the distinctive title "OPAP Holding."
For its transactions abroad, the Company will use its name in faithful translation (OPAP Holding Societe Anonyme) and its distinctive title in Latin or other characters (OPAP Holding).
On February 24, 2026, the Ministry of Development, by its decision, which was registered the same day in the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.), approved the aforementioned amendment of Article 1 of the Company's Articles of Association and the change of the name and distinctive title.
The Athens Stock Exchange was informed of the above decision on February 24, 2026.
Following the above, by decision of the Company, it is determined that as of February 25, 2026, the Company's name at the Athens Stock Exchange will change to "OPAP Holding Société Anonyme" with the distinctive title "OPAP Holding."
It is noted that the OASIS code of the Company's share will not change.
