RELEASE OF REGULATED INFORMATION, L. 3556/2007
In its 23/05.09.2012 meeting, OPAP's Board of Directors decided to appoint the temporarily independent non-executive Board members Messrs. Stefanos Pantzopoulos as Chairman of the Audit Committee, for the remaining term of office and Mr. Theofanis Moustakatos as Audit Committee Member, pursuant to article 37, par. 1 L. 3693/2008, so as to replace the resigned Audit Committee Members Messrs. George Rallis and Dimosthenis Arhontidis.
Further to this, the Audit Committee to be ratified at the next Annual General Meeting, is composed of:
1. Mr Stefanos Pantzopoulos, Chairman of the Audit Committee,
2. Mr Theofanis Moustakatos, Member of the Audit Committee,
3. Ms Efthimia Halatsi, Member of the Audit Committee.
