OPAP S.A., pursuant to Law 3340/2005 and in combination to Capital Market Commission's decision No. 3/347/12.07.2005, announces that Mrs Athina Psarouli, liable person as Head of Public Relations & Events Department(also related to liable person who holds managerial position), sold on April 30th, 2013, 3,370 company shares priced at €7.00, of total value of Twenty Three Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Euros (€23,590.00).
