Release of Regulated Information, L. 3556/2007
OPAP's Board of Directors, in its 39/11.10.13 meeting, pursuant to article 37, paragraph 1 of the L. 3693/2008, decided the replacement of the resigned BoD Members and Audit Committee Members Messrs. Stefanos G. Pantzopoulos, Theofanis E. Moustakatos and Mrs. Efthimia H. Halatsi and the Audit Committee's redefinition, until its appointment at the Shareholders' next General Meeting, to be composed of:
1. Igor Rusek, Temporarily Independent Non Executive Member of the Boad, Chairman of the Audit Committee,
2. Rudolf Jurcik, Temporarily Independent Non Executive Member of the Board, Member of the Audit Committee,
3. Spyros Fokas, Non Executive Member of the Board, Member of the Audit Committee.
