OPAP S.A., in the context of its obligations, according to the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, announces the amendment of its 2013 Financial Calendar, as follows:
- Friday 21.06.2013: Annual Ordinary General Meeting (instead of the originally scheduled date of Friday 14.06.13).
- Friday 28.06.2013: Ex-dividend date for fiscal year 2012, that is, prior to 19.07.2013, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included.
- Tuesday 02.07.2013: Dividend beneficiaries - Record Date.
- Monday 08.07.2013: FY 2012 Dividend Payment commencement.
Otherwise, the Financial Calendar 2013 is valid as it has been announced.
