Following the 14,17 & 18.10.2013 OPAP's announcements referring to the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) transfer to Emma Delta Hellenic Holding Ltd of 105,270,000 OPAP shares, or 33.0% over the respective share capital, OPAP SA following relevant notification by Mr. Jiri Smejc announces that Emma Capital Limited, owned by Mr. Jiri Smejc holds 66,7% of voting shares in Emma Delta Management Ltd. Emma Delta Management Ltd controls 100% of the voting shares in Emma Delta Ltd. Emma Delta Hellenic Holdings Limited is 100% owned by Emma Delta Ltd and holds the OPAP shares.
