OPAP SA announces that, pursuant to the provisions of L.3556/2007 and following a disclosure received on 22.07.2013 by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), the latter now holds directly a total of 106,320,000 shares or 33.329% over OPAP's share capital.
The transaction date during which the participation of HRADF descended below the 1/3 threshold, was 18.07.2013. According to the notification, the number of shares held directly prior to the transaction stood at 106,584,620.
