RELEASE OF REGULATED INFORMATION OF LAW 3556/2007
OPAP SA makes this announcement to the investment community, pursuant to Law 3556/2007, as well as the Capital Market Commission's decision No. 3/347/12.7.2005:
"Hellenic Lotteries S.A." signed today with the Hellenic Republic Assets Development Fund S.A. (HRADF S.A.) the licence agreement of the 12-year concession for the exclusive rights to the production, operation, circulation, promotion and management of the Hellenic Lotteries in Greece.
"Hellenic Lotteries S.A." is a company comprised of entities controlled by OPAP SA (ATH: OPAP), Scientific Games (Nasdaq: SGMS) and Intralot (ATH: INLOT).
OPAP S.A. will provide to "Hellenic Lotteries S.A." services on commission for the: (a) exploitation of its existing sales network, (b) development of new sales network (subcontracting part of services to Intralot) and (c) accounting, legal and datacenter hosting.
